I was doing a Monk run where I was getting colored pearls to complete my lore collection, and I was going to use the OE path to the Outskirts gate to get the pink pearl that was there.
I was carrying 2 pearls in my hands at the time, the OE pearl and the Filtration System pearl, and I dropped down that pit that would take me towards the gate, but when I could control my character again, the pearls were gone.
I've looked all over the area, and warp modded back to the room that by the drop, but the pearls weren't showing up anywhere (I have key item tracking on btw).
I also tried to warp to where the OE pearl was normally but it wasn't there, either.
