With how much you’ve tried atp I doubt this’ll work but you could maybe try downpatching to 1.5 and then updating the game, or try reinstalling with any DLC content completely disabled on the Steam page

They’re really the only other things I could think of, if all else fails then maybe try pinging rivotter about it
