I just bought the game and seem to be having issues, If I use keyboard the arrow keys don’t register as inputs, and if I use controller it permanently sticks to the left, I don’t have DS4 and also tried in Big picture mode with out any hope. please help really want to play the game.

For the arrow keys issue, make sure your input device in the game's 'Input Settings' menu is set to use either 'Any' or the keyboard (see below). If it's on one of the controller slots then it'll ignore keyboard inputs.
I'm not sure about the controller thing, but I've had the same sort of sticking issue in other games when my joystick was connected, so it could be caused by something else you have plugged in?

Thank you, the problem is that I can’t even reach the input setting, my mouse does not appear in the game so I cannot move on the main menu, when I have the controller connected y can only move it to one direction and it moves to the right no matter which direction I tilt de stick, when I load the game and use my controller I am unable to advance as it permanently goes to the left :(, I only have my keyboard and mouse connected or the controller
