I've already reset the compaign it was done on/reinstalled game. Didn't work

You need the original setting files of the room you changed, or if it's not a mod, try verifying integrity

oh I actually fixed it, but thank you.
Also - verifying integrity didn't help. Completely deleting all Rain World files from steamapps did

(and reinstalling)

Could have done it to the settings file itself and then verified itegrity

I verified files, reinstalled the game through stream options and both didn't help at all

I'm not sure how it's possible but no way I'm using devtools again

Deleting the settings file and then verifying should've fixed it

You wouldn't need to use dev tools unless you're making a region anyway
