at the moment yes, however like i said i vividly remember this issue occuring on my first ever playthrough of the game on a fresh installation as well

I've also seen this dump of text in my console log fairly often in that exact spot in the outskirts shelter.
It doesn't seem to lag my game so I've ignored it for the most part

i really cannot figure out what is causing all these lag and stuttering issues in my game then but every time i validate my game files it has 1-3 files that failed so something is going on
I activate only mods that'll be relevant to my playthrough so i dont have six billion things on
