Close the game and upload the exceptionLog.txt file that you can find on your root installation folder (next to the .exe, default Steam path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World).
To send the file, drag and drop it into the Discord window. Do not copy and paste the contents of the file.

The error appears to be from when mods are initialized. Somehow the sprites 'atlases/VocalFaceSprites' from the VocalMod could not be loaded / found. This seems to be unrelated to the scavenger bug.
Since the original message was deleted I assume that you don't require additional help here.
