Playing as Inv in the Tower of Gains (by the bottommost shelter) the game froze when a dead Red Lizard was absorbed into Proto-Longlegs while I was eating it. Although still able to pause and exit, the game continued to behave bizarrely until I died to different means.

Update: Apparently this bug occurs when eating any creature while it is absorbed into Proto-Longlegs, not just lizards. @glossy ember also mentioned “Smaller bugs like the creature morphing around and your scug losing parts of their body”, similarly to what I’ve observed personally.
