Not a huge bug, but the worm grass isn't loading in correctly ( PC )

The worm grass looked normal at the beginning of the cycle, but later when I entered this room the worm grass looked like this, leaving and re-entering this room seemed to fix it, but I thought it'd be good to report this either way
