Crashing on Expedition Completion

Under certain circumstances it is possible for the game to hang when an Expedition is completed, forcing the player to close the game. This deletes the save and does not grant the Expedition's rewards.

If you have encountered this issue, please comment below with as much detail as you can provide, such as:

Things you can do to help

• Zip your save files in C:\Users\%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Videocult\Rain World before you finish an Expedition, and upload them here if the crash is triggered.
• Install the Try-Catch Mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2922082966 and upload your exceptionLog.txt if you encounter the issue.

In a post by Shaytooth with provided screenshots, two Expeditions encountered this problem with a Passage challenge was the last challenge that needed to be completed

Passages seem to be the common thread, one user encountered the issue when finishing Saint's mission and another for Monk's, both finished with Passages as the last challenge.

I have since started other expeditions since the crash. Sorry if that's resulted in the relevant info being lost

Anyway

Slugcat: Spearmaster
Which Challenges: Hunt Vultures (8 I think), Hunt Cyan Lizards (6), Overall Score of 300
How long: I did the entire expedition in a single setting without closing the game, so it was in the ballpark of 3-4 hours

I haven't seen any reports for this issue since the last update so fingers crossed its been resolved. I'll leave this post open for another day or so just in case.

anyways, this happened to me too

challenges: give a neuron to moon, reach the outskirts vista, give the chimney canopy pearl to moon, store 3 colored pearls in a shelter in sky islands (hidden), and reach the chimney canopy echo (also hidden)
i dont exactly remember how long i was playing for, but at least 3 hours
