#Dev Console: Spawn with ID doesn't work?

I was attempting to spawn creatures with a specific ID but it just spawns a random creature instead.

Try formatting the ID like ID.-1.1234. The -1 is the spawner ID, so you don't want to change it unless you know what you're doing
