Close the game and upload the exceptionLog.txt file that you can find on your root installation folder (next to the .exe, default Steam path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World).
To send the file, drag and drop it into the Discord window. Do not copy and paste the contents of the file.

I can try it. I assumed I wouldn't have to as each character is presented as a new game for that save slot, but I can understand if there is still some stuff in there causing problems.

idk what mods you had before, but if one of them messed with the save file the game may now be unable to parse it

because changing what rooms exist affects the save, and if it tries to save to a file that has rooms that don't exist anymore... well, it doesn't work

fyi you'll probably need to reset from the options menu rather than just the slugcat menu
