there's this apartment that was owned by a cat lady with a safe in it, apparently you are supposed to count the kitties, but I might be counting wrong cause I am constantly getting it wrong

for some reason I cannot put in screenshot, so I'm going to describe it as best as I can, it's an apartment in "cement gardens", you go on the scaffolding on the side of the building with barred windows, and when you go up on it at some point you'll get to an open window

no I'm not on the console, and the only clue I found for the code is that I should count the kitties

well I found it after following treasure map f3 if that helps you out, unfortunately I don't remember where I found that map, it shows a building with 2 sets of scaffolding, you get a collectible if you go onto the scaffolding facing the road, but if you climb onto the one on the side of the building you'll see many closed windows and one of them will be open, when you get in there you'll see an apartment with many pictures of cats on walls

oh so I was counting wrong I guess, I was coming up with a number 15 being part of the combination

Count the pictures for each cat individually.
