Can't find a Convoy Keycard in Restored Land Mode

so I went to go and loot a convoy but there are no zombies at all and I can't find the armored zombie that normally carries the keycard. I'm planning to gring all of the achievements which include looting all convoys. Am I cooked and have to restart my run or do I keep looking?

Fixed!

• Reload save and go back to your convoy and the zombies should respawn including the armored zombie that carries the keycard.
