Cannot access quality in the settings/video

For some reason my if I go to video in the settings and wanna boost my performance with no lag, it doesn’t show a option for that, just to let you know I’m on the Xbox Series S

I don’t think the Xbox Series S has the horse power to reach higher fps nor quality for the game’s increased demand on hardware. I don’t own a series S but I assumed it’s capped at 30fps too?
