Hello, i have been playing the 11 weeks and i claimed all of them but they never showed, i followed the instructions and waited for something to happen but nothing, can i please get help because i sacrificed so many days of sleep for these items, i'm not mad i just wanna know if i can get help, thank you.

Like i never received them in my inventory, and when i went to check to see the items they're not there
Or stash or little pop ups on the corner of the screen when i go into my save
