Dying Light 2 and The Beast multiplayer not working

My multiplayer doesn’t work at all with Dying Light 2 and The Beast. They both pop up the same message saying “Connection Info: You are disconnected to the internet” even though im connected to the internet. I’ve tried many things to try to fix this, I’ve even went to Microsoft about it. What can I do?

Dying Light 1 works fine and I’m on Xbox Series S

DL2 Support Ticket, thats why no one comments because they don't have definite answer but Support Ticket do.

I’ve already tried and I even contacted Microsoft about the problem and they both don’t work. It’s probably just gonna have to be like that for good.

ohh, so how come with the game, still playing or with the internet connections?

I play the game connected to the internet but always single player now because my online never works on dl2 and dltb

Dying Light 1 works fine

but beats and 2 are not
