Add paid “gore and dismemberment” DLC

To get around the censorship and banning in other country for the game and getting around ratings, just add a paid dlc that added more blood and gore for the game that literally everyone wants, people will buy it instantly no matter how much it cost and it won’t hurt ratings because it’s an optional add on, I promise it will be bought instantly
