two achievements bug

I have two bugged achievements in Dying Light 2: “Lentorro,” for escaping the maximum chase level, and “Nemesis,” which is for encountering Skull Face. The funny thing is that I have the achievement for killing him, but not for meeting him.

I completed the game 3 times, reinstalled it several times, and even tried on different computers, but the achievements still won’t unlock.
