Crashing and stuttering after change of gpu

i had a gtx 970 before and switched to a 5060, i installed all the drivers and everything (this has been going on for about a year now since i switched) and its only on this game for some reason, i can even run cyberpunk ultra graphics but this game crashes alot for some reason, i could run it perfectly before on my 970
