#FSR DX12

After Outbreak event went live FSR began to require dx12, but fsr2 works fine on dx11. Before that i've played the game with FSR performance on dx11 and had around 60 fps all the time, now i can't even reach that number, of course my main problem it is a gpu itself(1050ti), but something is wrong with upscalers.

Well, i checked video config and it says 1.0, but in the game it says 2.0, who to believe idk and what was the point to do so idk either.

My problem is that DX12 forces Raytracing to be on which kills my FPS like crazy. I run 4k60 average setting no issues but if I turn on DX12 even at 1080p my FPS drops to like 10 or under even in menus... it is completely broken. DX12 mode and Raytracing should be seperate along with FSR not requiring it...

Getting 5-10 FPS in the menus just from switching to DX12 whether Raytracing is actually on or not is terrrible. Ill take a look again but since its so damn laggy I cant even navigate the menus to try disabling Raytracing but leave DX12 on...
