Your over leveled whatever NG+ your on is most likely the case

Yup, you should be leveling up about 30 levels per NG+ which is about how much enemies scale. If you reach level 300 before NG+ 10 enemies will scale to you so instead of them being level 90 on NG+ 3 they’ll be level 300 same as you

i’ve been smashing out the levels i think i got abt 70 levels the first new game and more this time bc ive been on nightmare mode ….. dang

Go at your own pace, it’s your game so do what you like I was just letting you know that’s why your one shotting everything. Eventually you’ll hit 300 and when you start a new NG+ enemies will scale to you and you’ll get a proper challenge

I played up to max level for both myself and my enemies. And even then, the challenge only happened because of Colossus being a tanky dude. Besides that, it wasn't that difficult.
