“Jai’s Board” Missions Always Put Me In Solo Sessions

Is there a way for it to make me join with players, I tried the co op menu, its mostly just main story missions, nothing from Jai’s board

No, they’re solo unless you invite people or join someone who’s doing it

You can send a distress signal and wait for people to join before starting it or you can go to the co op menu and join someone but there’s no way to know if they’re doing it or not. There’s no lobby for it

In the pause menu at the bottom left you’ll see “call for help”
