Not getting call of the beast rewards.

Hello, On xbox I have completed the call of the beast challenges, for christmas I switched over to ps5, I linked my techland.gg account and the items have not appeared in my inventory does anybody know how to help, I've already opened a ticket and have not heard back

I have a similar situation where I haven't received all the rewards, but I haven't changed accounts, it's the same one

Yeah im just not sure if its because I changed platforms or its just they haven't distributed it to me

I also get every once in a while message where something appeared in my stash but when I go see it theres nothing is therw

The reward only comes on the platform you played on, the call of the beast reward is not linked to pilgrim outpost

but the weapons can be dropped so you can get the blueprint
