This bug is STILL in the game and has been since launch

Not a soul has talked about this, not only does this happen with the shotgun but also the pistol, the various special weapons. Completely breaks the environment in cutscenes and makes human enemies completely freeze in combat. I would think such a game breaking glitch would’ve been fixed by now or at least talked about
