I have two pilgrim outpost accounts, both of which have their psn accounts tied to them, actions done on account A get sent to Account B and vise versa, my question is how do I fix this, it's obvious it's an issue on the internal database, I've already sent out a ticket but I keep getting scripted answers that don't solve my issue, techland support is being incompetent and now I don't know what to do.

So I have two pilgrim outpost, both of them have a different psn attached to them, so two different psn and two different pilgrim outpost, these somehow cross linked meaning that if I unlock a reward on account A, instead of being sent to Account A psn, it gets sent to Account B psn you know?
Ikr. This system used to be self service
I yeah it just makes me mad cause I can't link my psn right
And I'm scared an event will come out and now I can't play

Unfortunately it's been weeks, an agent has responded but he keeps giving vague scripts
It's been about 2 and a half weeks
What does he say?
So I explained my issue, he initially unlinked my platforms for Me. But he didn't do anything special, he only unlinked it on the surface but he didn't FULLY unlink them, so it still gives me the error that my psn is already linked. When I asked him to then confirm on his end that it was fully unlinked, he completely ignored the question and simply said "there is no psn linked to your accounts" but he's only looking at the surface UI
Now I'm waiting for another response after I asked him the same question but more firmly

Cause you said 2 accounts so if he unlinked account a and you are having issues on account b then he must unlink the account b?
I did specify which one to unlink, then I told him to also unlink the other one, fully but he didn't even fully unlink the first one
Then tell him to do it and bro give him professional sincere direct respectful letter on email what I mean is explain this in respectful direct honest and professional manner
Don't blame them just say I need you to fully unlink both of my accounts and be specific about it im here to help man!

I've been very nice and respectful, I simply said, "thanks for getting back to me, can you confirm you're scrubbing the database of my UID? Please I need a confirmation on the database internal scrub because I keep hitting the same error"

Bro I don't wanna ruin your hopes, but the issues like that which is so specific/ personal they don't give a puck, u know. I had a outpost issue like that and they are focused on and said the end of the mail circle/loop "our IT team takes it and solve it soon" like a mail. Then nothing happened
I solved my problem all by myself although it's a site's backend problem
So strange
And sometimes they don't reply some mails directly especially after the holiday eras
