The town hall area there is a restaurant that i fixed the wire and open a door and get a some type of a UV safe zone same goes to the cement Gardens. After I walk away for 150m the wire were cut and cannot be fixed and all the UV light is turn off but the door/gate can be open.

The church catacomb I also face diffferent issue, when you enter the the tunnel area the animation should be crouch animation but the animation turn into crawling and cannot be attack. (I just want to farm volatile at night).

They patched that, you can’t exploit volatiles there anymore that’s why it’s the crawling animation

There is a place near the Monastery,|| Harry Potter easter egg||. Another location is near the side mission where you recover something for Iris, but I don't know if they've patched it.
