I'm having problems connecting to the dying light outpost website. I made an account and got everything working, but then when I try to add my PSN account it says I've already connected it but I can't claim anything. I made a new outpost account and it still doesn't let me connect it

If the Pilgrim Outpost says your platform is already connected, it means your Steam, Xbox, or PSN account is linked to a previous TechlandGG account.
