convoy access keycard zombie bug?

visited like 4 different convoys with no keycard zombies, just regular ones. no mods installed when this issue started happening (installed a couple for a possible workaround, didnt work), not NG+, first time actually playing it

pretty sure a gooner spawns here too at this convoy, but no luck

How far are you in the story?

im at the part where ||you help sven and that one group get access to the barons radio frequency or whatever, mission name secrets in the air|||

Just continue with the story and Sven will give you a mission related to the convoys.

yeah so even after that mission, its still usually broken

what happened first is the convoy zombie DID spawn (same convoy btw), killed them all, his loot despawned, and after reloading the game, nothing is there but normal zombies

yeah 2 other convoys just checked and still not working correctly

I know I asked before but do you have any mods installed? Seems like an issue that a mod would cause.

i do, yes but like i said this was happening before any mods were even installed

this bug is really common if you look it up

i looked on reddit, steam, facebook, and a couple other places with no reliable fixes (besides saving and loading which hasnt helped at all)
