Not receiving item I paid for, OR getting response from support

I have not received the crimson werewolf bracers (I got the rest of the set) from the evolving bundle. It is not in my extras, inventory or stash. I have no way of acquiring this item now, without rolling back and deleting tons of progress on my main save (including limited time items that I can't get anymore). I reached out for help with a support ticket on January 3rd and was promised at max a 2 day response ...it has been 15 days with no response. I just want my item why is this so hard techland.

As what Brata said, this server can’t help these issues. You’d have to resubmit a ticket, and I’m sorry that you do. Techland has been fucking up with people not receiving rewards and such the past couple of weeks.
