i joined someone and we did a main quest after that i left and when i opened the game again to play on my save i dont have these safe houses/spots anymore and cant even reclaim them when i go there. Plus i wasnt on this side quest, i had just finished a "a sign of love" but somehow it put me back all the way to hydro puzzle even tho i had done it a long time ago (on my save). How do i fix this??
i have even tried restarting my game and turning off my pc but it hasnt worked, idm doing the side quests again but why cant i reclaim the safe zones?

Hi just want to know if it is a bugged for this specific location, when repaired the cable wire and getting the UV light safe spot and then when i go somewhere around 150m, the cable broke and i cannot repair it again. some kind of restaurant I think. I was planning to do a volatile torture room there.
This place also facing the same issue as the first one, is there anyway to fix it ? tbh I havent start the story mission yet after kill the chimera mist
