As the title said, I still haven't received the Nocturnal Phantom oufit yet, and I am pretty sure I have participated in at least 1 of the challenges. I logged in yesterday and didnt see it in the stash so I left it for a day, logged in today and still nothing 🙁

Bro, I'm having the same issue on PS5. N I participated in each event every week. I have all the rewards we achieved from each week just not the ones we didn't make it to n not the skin they gave to everyone for participating. Bummer.

I had to put a ticket in and then a few hours later my rewards appeared in my stash. Also, got a bonus car skin that looks like the first dying light game's game disc or disc box. White and black silhouette of Kyle Crane jumping through the air

There was a 550mb update just earler which I assumed was just because of the pubg event ending. Once the update finished, the outfit and that extra truck skin was in my stash.

Ah I see but yeah seems like that update didn’t do anything either for me I do have the weapons and vehicle skins but still haven’t gotten the skin unfortunately

Its been 10 days since I have contacted techland support and I havent had anything from them just been ghosted, tried logging in and checking the stash and still nothing

13 days ago... No answer, no rewards - only table leg...

Techland is currently backed up with support tickets so it’s gonna take time for them to get back to you, they’re not ghosting you they’re busy. They’re more than likely working on a hotfix and will release an update as soon as it’s ready just be patient it’s mainly cosmetics and re skinned weapons besides the shanker knife and table leg so there’s really no rush since it’s not game breaking.

i still haven't gotten mine either so i feel ya honestly haven't gotten a lot of my rewards for the challenges so i just stopped playing all together ive played since the first one love this series but not getting my stuff hurts ive sent in mutiple tickets since before chirstmas and havent heard anything

I've got over 500 hours homie I assure you I love what techland has done but committing that much time to get no rewards is disheartening

It’s just cosmetics though, the only unique weapons are the table leg and shanker knife and the outfit is just that, an outfit, it’s not armor pieces. Yeah it’s unfortunate people haven’t gotten them yet but it shouldn’t be disheartening or enough to make you want to stop playing

And submitting multiple tickets isn’t going to speed the process up it’s only going to slow it down because it’s that many more tickets they have to go through, your not the only one submitting them or missing the rewards and there’s prob multiple people sending multiple tickets making things even slower.

Lol I know it's cosmetic not the point I did the time and I want my reward send one ticket a week is not that bad maybe find something better to.do.then judge how other play the game or enjoy it

Techland is busy and will fix the problem as soon as they can, if it was an easy fix they’d have done it by now, they have to go through all the different accounts and verify who contributed before trying to fix the problem and it’s a lot harder to do it on individual cases rather than look for a fix that will do everyone at once. And there’s more problems than just the rewards missing so be patient. You contributed so you will 100% get the rewards it’s just a matter of time
