Snapped a zombies neck and it got back up | Dying Light | Page 1

I was playing the mission where you have to get the gas and bring it to the junkyard to fight the behemoth boss.
anyway I went to the basement of the building
snapped a zombies neck in stealth
and then watched it get back up like nothing happened. Animation was not interrupted, i was not attacked during it, i watched the whole thing.
im on my phone, and this was on xbox so if I can find a way to post that clip here I will
