Im also missing the Event rewards, ive closed the game multiple times and loaded it back up and nothing, im on Playstation 5 and in New game + not sure if thats affecting the rewards

They have to verify each person has contributed to at least one of the 22 challenges. Anyone who didn’t doesn’t get the rewards. Be patient for the most part it’s just reskinned weapons and 1 outfit it’s nothing to trip about by any means

That's the point everybody get the Outfit and the missed 2 weapons when they completing only 1 Week Challenge. I did all Challenges and missed only the 2 weapons we get now for completing 20/22 Challenges. I could claim all rewards on my second account, but not on my main account. That's strange i didn't get even the car skin. It works perfectly all the time, why it doesn't now?

Same here. I'm on PS5, contributed during every event week and I've only received the Table Leg. Didn't get the Stinger and Shanker weapons, "The Classic" skin for the truck or the Nocturnal Phantom outfit.

Just got a response from my support request just saying to check and see if they are there and unfortunately they still aren't

I have had the same message on the 15th. I replied back that they are in fact still missing, and have not heard anything since. I check every day ingame to see if they are there, but they're not. I'm only missing two things, too... the Bullseye Rifle, which for some reason I never got (I got all other weekly rewards with no issue), and the Legendary Outfit.

Like for the 100000000 time they are very busy and need time to work out the issue. It'll take awhile since they have to figure out how to get it to those who actually participated so give them time

Calm down, people are allowed to post about their experiences here, it makes it easier to understand this is affecting a lot of people. Also, I know I personally at least participated every single week, and since I got all the other rewards usually in a timely manner, it might be important to know that I never got a reward from an early week in all that time.

If people aren't allowed to talk about that, then what is the point of the support channel?

I had gotten that one too, I found that sending proof in response that you don’t have them worked. They sent it over to IT and I logged on today and they were in my stash.

What did you send as proof? The rifle I'm missing for example wouldn't show up in your redeemable rewards if you already redeemed it, nor in your stash if you took it out.

I sent pictures of the stash, to show that I didn’t have the outfit or vehicle skin. As well as the weapons I’ve redeemed to show I didn’t have the ones I was missing

Hm. I might have to try something like that. I've sold most of the weapons since I upgraded the blueprints, but I guess I can show I don't have the blueprint for the rifle.

Just logged in today and i recieved everything, your best bet is filling in the form and just waiting unfortunately and if you do get a reply then yeah send a picture to prove none of the items are in your stash

So my internet has been incredibly poor for a long time, only just upgraded right before Christmas. I participated in the get chased by volatiles at night challenge but I never received anything from that nor the new update. Do you think it would be worth submitting a ticket cause I'm not sure it even like registered I did the challenge yknow?
