#Camper Infected don’t give loot

So the infected campers (infected with camping backpacks) are supposed to give you a bunch of crafting materials and stuff whenever you kill and loot them, but for the past 2-3 weeks of me playing no camper infected has given me anything for looting them. Every time I loot them it just says “nothing” where it shows loot you pick up. I don’t have any mods installed so I know it’s not that.

I did, they asked if I used mods which I don’t, so I told them that and then I haven’t heard anything else since December 30th

Ok I’d like to give an update, it seems that it was my save file that was bugged cause I just started a new game (not NG Plus) and the camper infected give the correct loot now

While playing in NG plus the camper infected don’t give any loot, but in a normal new game they do

Finally got an update from my email

“Please note that our game officially does not support external mods. They will corrupt your save files and, eventually, break the game.

After uninstalling mods, their remnants can still be present in different directories, affecting the game. Delete your Steam games, delete Steam software itself, then re-install Steam (preferably to its default directory) and, finally, re-install your games on the same drive that Steam is installed on, please.”

Update, just did a clean install of both Steam and the game and the glitch is still there

I did use mods once, then I deleted them cause they were just QOL mods that I didn’t really need

Now I play with no mods, I did what they said, and now we’re here

Disable steam cloud
Delete the folder (Your_Patch)\Steam\userdata\61558255\3008130, move your backup to desktop or any place you like.
Start a new game. You will lose all the rewards you have received to date, but that's okay because that's what the backup is for.
Enjoy the game and hunts campers.

While I didn’t do that, I made a new game earlier and then then I did NG plus the glitch came back

The campers will appear in your first game, just go and find them, you don't have to play through the whole story again. And yes, I recommend that you do what I have suggested., not just start a new game. If the bug doesn't appear, you'll know that your saved game is corrupt.

Well, it's a really strange bug. I thought that deleting all traces of the saved would fix it. Basically, everything is solved that way. I hope Techland can resolve your issue.
