Unable to recharge flashlight

I saw one other similar post, however it's almost 3 weeks old now and hasn't gained much traction. I cannot even see the flashlight meter in my inventory. Any tips? I've already done the basic things, turning off and on, verifying, ect.

Are you on Nightmare?

You can recharge it on the weapon wheel of tools or from inventory on the bottom right under your gear pretty sure.

I've got some things that make me think it's client-side atm, but for sure once those are dried up
