i don't know if this is a bug or missed it in the patch notes but all clothing have been heavily nerfed anyone because these match the normal stats i have compared my full rogue set to normal stats you'll see the difference this affects iconic gear to

my full rogue set 16
normal rogue set 31
heavy gloves used to be 7 now 5
heavy pants used to be 10 now 7
arm guard used to be 7 now 5
shirt used to 10 now 7
mask used to be 10 now 7
heavy boots used to be 7 now 5

normal full tank gear rating -51
nerfed full tank gear rating - 36

Yeah, i noticed this too just after the nightmare update, but have no clue if it is intentional or not...
