ive been trying to get these rewards for a little bit (since they were released) and i dont see them anywhere?. how do i get them?? i read the other post but it got me nowhere

I've been wondering the same thing and posted both here and Reddit about this issue! Some people HAVE gotten their rewards, while many of us feel cheated from our hard earned rewards, we spent days killing Naughty Biters, only to get nothing as a reward, I'm very disappointed and very pissed off about this issue.

Has anyone gotten their rewards yet? I spent the day with family to pass the time, but once I got onto Dying Light 2, I checked my stash and STILL have no rewards, no knife, no charm....

It's the same for me. Just like you, I got the Open Slay machete, but no Snow Season charm and no Glacier Shank knife.
