Winter update not installed

today I wanted to come and play on the winter update, when I went to steam I noticed a strangeness-the game does not update and there is no update, did not give importance and went to the game, but in the game there was no winter event. I tried to check through steam the integrity of the files, everything is normal. Went to others, the person had an update, I did not (I understood by the winter zombies that were last year).
