I've been consecutively been crashing and losing a large portion of my frames when trying to play this game. I have configured my settings in game, in the NVidia control panel, and even in the NVidia app. None of these configurations have helped me have a smoother gameplay experience. When loading up the game, I have usually around 100 fps, but when actually playing the game, my fps immediately goes down around to 30 fps. After five minutes of playing the game, my game freezes for about 10 seconds and then crashes.

Here are my specs : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - 10gb GDDR6X, INTEL CORE i9-13900KF Processor, 32 GB DDR5 RAM Sticks, and MSI PRO Z690 Motherboard

Start by doing an integrity check on the game files through Steam to check files health or missing or currupt files.
2nd option is to clear your shader cache.
Easiest way is to run Disk Cleanup or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

I have done these steps already before and the only thing that has benefited me from this is 30 minutes of almost perfect gameplay, then instantly having major fps loss and random crashing. Is there any specific drivers that can help me fix this issue? Or is it a situation where I have to wait till the next update for optimization fixes, hopefully?

Usually latest Game Ready drivers are recommended.
Try graphics settings without an upscaler and no FG or Reflex enabled to see how it runs.
