I don't know if this is a bug, but i just cant trigger finishers in NG+. I'm only legend level 25 but i just 2-3 shot regular zombies(on nightmare mode) and all the weapons are too high damage to trigger finishers before them dying. Bumping into them only does the vault kick move (w + space) or they just fall. I can only do finishers on twig zombies, but it takes away so much from the experience. Anyone know possible fix?

The only temporary fixes are to craft lower level weapons while you have the chance, and use them once the area levels scale above the level of those weapons. Stamina increases over NG+ cycles, but our stamina damage remains unchanged. With the full Rogue Set, you can make finishers a tiny bit more common, but it'll never be as common as it was before patch 1.4
