Hi, I recently bought a 9070 XT and I wanted to use the new upscaler. When I boot the game in Windows 11, FSR 4.0.2 comes up in options, but on Fedora (43) I only get the option for 2 or 3.
I have tried switching my proton version, and I have tried adding PROTON_FSR4_UPGRADE=1 to my launch options.
Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks!

I have optiscaler but I dont know what to do with it because I dont see how to enable FSR 4 inside its menu. I also know that my Mesa drivers are up to date, so that shouldnt be the issue

I can just play on windows but it would be nice not to have to switch my OS for DL:TB

It's been resolved thanks to the helpful guys in the Fedora discord!

If you have this issue, follow the steps I did:

I switched to the RPM version of steam: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/gaming/proton/
I installed ROCM: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/HC#ROCm_installation
I switched to GE-Proton 10.26 with ProtonUp QT: https://github.com/DavidoTek/ProtonUp-Qt
I placed "PROTON_FSR4_UPGRADE=1 %command%" in my launch options

Install and manage GE-Proton, Luxtorpeda & more for Steam and Wine-GE & more for Lutris with this graphical user interface. - DavidoTek/ProtonUp-Qt

After all of that you should see FSR 4 in-game (unless you are on RDNA3)
