Mouse doing things on multiple monitors

I've had the same issue with all Dying Light games but it's never happened when playing any other games. When scrolling down ingame it'll scroll down on the other monitor, the same issue happens when just moving the cursor/camera around. I'm unsure if there's a setting or if it's a bug but its pretty frustrating when it happens.
