I've got a question that hopefully someone can asnwer. It is my understanding that with NG+ and Legend levels, there is a new "highest tier" of weapon, that being "iconic", can blueprint weapons from the base game be upgraded to iconic rarity or are the iconic weapons unique? Cause if possible, I'd really like to eventually upgrade "In Jade's Memory" to iconic rarity.
