wondering if i should start NG+ or not

so i've completed story and prologue and got max legend level and im wondering if i should start NG+ or finish all side mission and stuff like that and find all the inhibitors before starting NG+

I think you should find all the inhibitors first because there'll more inhibitors in NG+ for u to max out your health and stamina (choose 1 not both)
