#Game keeps saying I have unspent LEGEND points and moving the cursor and just moving is now hard.

I keep getting the unspent points notification when loading into the game, but no cursor, or moving issues.
Could a support staff respond to this giving any type of feedback, or that they are looking into fixing this?

I also have unspent points notifications and notifications about dangerous districts even though im a higher level

The moving part is probably my controller that's made of shit and sticks
