There aren't any performance settings to change this too and I'm pretty sure it's on quality because my game looks nice but I really don't enjoy playing with low fps please fix this.

im on 120 hz but game is hardcapped at 30
i feel like they have to make it 60 fps since its a next gen console
and can run 120 perfectly fine in other games but 60 on dl is just fine 30 isnt though
