I can't upgrade my uv flashlight

For some reason when I hover over my uv flashlight in the workbench menu, it doesn't give me the option to upgrade it anymore, it isn't fully upgraded yet either

What color is your blueprint now? (purple epic is max)

Ohhhhh I didn't know that purple was the max level
