When opening "Community maps and mods" for the first time, the intro to the UI is above the Agreement window, but the Agreement Window blurs out the UI that the intro is actually referring to. The keyboard-focus is on the Intro, so I have to navigate through the whole intro before able to interact with the Agreement dialog.
