I really hope you guys can help with this.
For context, I bought dying light the Beast at around 20PM, on the 17th of September 2025. So technically, one day before the release date on the playstation store (18/09/2025). Although when i bought it, I didn't have to wait for the next day (or midnight) I could just play it right away. Now, of course this was pretty cool but that also meant no pre-order bonuses.
I have been a fan of the dying light franchise since the first one came out and I have Hours and hours (even years) of time spent on playing these games. So i wanted to ask you guys: Is it possible for me to receive the pre-order bonuses? I did buy it before the date, so that would make it fair. And I also have been with you guys since pretty much the beginning, so maybe i coulg get it as a thank you gift? 🤣 I jest I jest (on this last part🧍🏻♂️)
Also, one thing that made speculate as to why I could play it right away even before the release date may be because of the time zone differences?? (I'm from Portugal, btw) But I dont know Im just guessing here. Although shouldn't matter since the release date on my console was still the same.
