How can I rollback my save? I think the rollback system might be bugged ;(

Rollback just loads the previous save file present before your current one. It can only reverse a save file a few minutes or so. If case you had a game breaking bug or wanted to rewrite a story choice for example

Not quite, a rollback is usually created when you've recently played. Or you loaded the save played a bit and went back to the main menu without closing the application it'd be there

You're just rolling back to the same save file then. Nothing is meant to change

Rolling back and restarting are 2 completely different things.

You'll need to wait for the New Game+ Update if you're wanting to restart the game with the save file

Rollback appears when a older save state is available. It doesn't do much but set you back a few minutes of gameplay though

I know, but a side quest is bugged, that's why I wanted to rollback

I can't do 100%

The thing is, the rollback was there before yesterday, but I restore the entire save game file folder manually! I made a backup on desktop in winrar

If it's already permanently saved that. Then there's not much you can do besides joining another player on the quest

Tampering with the files too much can cause unexpected issues for most games.
But in your case if it's just a singular quest bug

Then joining and helping another player complete the quest will force it's completion on your end aswell
